TripTailor is a community-driven travel platform that helps people plan and join group trips, from local hangouts to international getaways. You can create trips, host them, or simply join one that matches your vibe.

Nope! We're not a traditional travel agency. TripTailor connects everyday explorers and travel lovers through curated travel experiences. You get the freedom to plan, host, or join trips while we provide the platform and tools.

Trips & Booking

• Pay-As-You-Go Trips: Casual, low-commitment experiences like beach days, hikes, brunches, etc. • Packaged Trips: Pre-planned, multi-day experiences (local or international), sometimes with flights and hotels included.

Easy. Browse available trips, pay a small participation fee to reserve your spot, and show up. You'll be added to a private chat or dashboard with all the trip details.

Yes, but participation fees are non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by the host or TripTailor.

Fees & Payments

Yes. Every trip requires a non-refundable participation fee (5% of the trip budget, capped at £50). This helps reduce no-shows and confirms your commitment.

This fee gives you access to the trip's planning group, chat, and a confirmed slot. The rest of the trip expenses are usually shared or specified in the itinerary.

The participation fee is split between the trip host (30%) and TripTailor (70%) once the trip is confirmed.

Hosting a Trip

Anyone! If you enjoy planning or know a great spot others would love, you can host a trip. Just create it on our platform and start inviting people.

For every participant who joins your trip, you earn a share of the participation fee. The more people who sign up, the more you earn.

Yes, but frequent cancellations may affect your ability to host future trips. If you must cancel, notify your participants early.

Safety & Community

We encourage all users to act responsibly. For packaged trips, we work with verified partners. For Pay-As-You-Go trips, users are advised to meet in public, safe spaces. Feedback and reporting systems are also in place.

TripTailor has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or misconduct. Offending users can be reported and may be banned after review.

Not yet, but it's in the works! For now, our web-based platform works on both mobile and desktop.
